JOHN PINZONE NAMED MANAGING PARTNER

August 2026 – MRR Law is pleased to announce that John Pinzone has been named as the firm’s next Managing Partner, effective August 1, 2026.  He succeeds Joseph F. Nicholas, Jr., who has led the firm since 2012 through periods of opportunity, transformation and strategic growth.  Joseph will continue with the firm as President and give his full attention to the clients he has serviced for more than 35 years.

Already a respected leader within the firm, John has served as the firm’s Administrative Partner since 2021. As Managing Partner, his 25 years of legal experience, distinguished record and collaborative leadership style will serve as his foundation as he mentors and leads the next chapter in the firm’s history.

John joined MRR Law in 2006, following his service as Staff Attorney for the Eleventh District Court of Appeals. Throughout his career, he has been a cornerstone of the firm’s success as he counsels clients through complex legal issues in public sector, labor and employment and government liability areas of law.

“John is the right person at the right time to assume leadership of the firm. His years of experience and his proven mentorship of our next generation of lawyers will be an asset to the service we provide to MRR Law’s clients. We are excited to enter a new chapter of growth and success under his guidance,” Nicholas said.
