MRR Attorneys Obtain Affirmance of Summary Judgment in Legal Malpractice Case

MRR Partners Steve Kelley and Frank Scialdone recently obtained affirmance of the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to our legal malpractice client in the Eleventh District Court of Appeals.

While the trial court found the Plaintiff produced enough evidence to create a question of fact on an alleged breach of the standard of care, it found the Plaintiff failed to present any evidence that the alleged breach proximately caused damages.
