Steven K. Kelley Presents at Engineering Law and Ethics Seminar

Steven K. Kelley, a partner with Mazanec, Raskin & Ryder Co., L.P.A., recently presented at the HalfMoon Education Seminar on Engineering Law and Ethics in Toledo, Ohio. Mr. Kelley enlightened students on Professional Liability Law, including claims, defenses, determining damages, and dispute resolution. He also joined DesignPro Insurance Group Risk Manager Eric Pempus in a discussion about Professional and General Liability Insurance for Engineers. The seminar not only educates the public on these topics, but also rewards Ohio professional engineers in attendance 7.0 CPD hours of continuing education credits.
