Mr. Williams has assisted a range of clients in areas of general liability, including professional liability and personal injury defense. In matters related to construction defects litigation, he represents architects, engineers, landlords, contractors, and various other businesses. In addition, he has considerable experience handling consumer protection allegations against businesses and individuals.
Terry has experience representing municipalities in matters of civil rights and government liability, including defending cases on behalf of police and public entities alleging violations of civil rights as guaranteed by the First, Fourth, Fifth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
Prior to joining MRR, Terry served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Ohio Attorney General’s office.
