Ms. Imbrogno focuses her practice on civil rights and government liability defense, employment and labor defense, public sector law, and education law. She defends both government and private entities in litigation and advises those entities on best practices involving human resources issues. Ami also assists the Law Director of the Village of Oakwood with a wide variety of legal matters necessary to the operation of a municipality.
Prior to joining MRR, Ami worked at a management-rights driven labor and employment law firm where she assisted with advising employers on personnel policies, state and federal prevailing wage compliance, state and federal wage and hour regulations, civil rights laws, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, restrictive covenants, and mechanic’s liens.
Ms. Imbrogno worked in the wireless communications industry before attending law school.
