Paul came to Mazanec, Raskin & Ryder Co., L.P.A. in 1999 and has his residence in the Cleveland office. He brings to the firm many years of experience in practicing municipal, civil rights and employment defense in the Cleveland area. He has represented insureds in personal injury actions, wrongful death and survivorship actions, employment matters, property damage actions, and many other causes of action.

Paul served as counsel for the City of Cleveland’s Law Department. While working at the Law Department, Paul served as Assistant Director of Law. His experience and current practice includes representing municipalities, municipal employees and other insureds in matters such as civil rights, contract, zoning, employment and general liability.

Paul also has a practice in commercial liability defense. He represents his commercial insureds in general liability areas such as personal injury and premise liability. He also defends commercial insurance policies against wrongful death, survivorship, and permit liability in the context of liquor-licensed entities and many others.
